Dr. Bill Houck is senior pastor of NorthStar Baptist Church.He has been in full time ministry since 1981 and felt the Lord calling him to begin NorthStar in 1998. He has been married to Susie since 1981 and they have one daughter, Sarah.

Youth & Children's Pastor

Gary Breeding is the youth minister at NorthStar Baptist Church. In addition to leading our youth and children, Gary recently graduated with a master’s degree from Liberty University. He and his wife, Chrissy, have one daughter, Emily.
